Our coaches are aspirational and energetic football enthusiasts who our customers and players look up to. They run the coaching of the classes and ensure all children become the best footballers they can be.
Parent Hosts are the face of We Make Footballers, you’ll greet customers and be responsible for the registration of our players. The role is integral because you will be the main contact point for parents.

If you already have lots of experience as a coach, you can get started right away once we have done the necessary paperwork and checks. If you need further development we will need to more gradually introduce you into the sessions.
Yes! We take complete novices all the way up to experienced pros. All we ask is that you have a good understanding of the game and lots of passion and enthusiasm. If you have no experience we will start your role off at a junior level and build up your experience.
We have had coaches that started with us with no experience, who now own franchises and are Premier League scouts. The ceiling really is up to you.
We have parent host roles and also head office roles available when available. If you are less of a baller and more of a meeter/greeter, then perhaps the Parent Host role is for you.
